in the past.... how many things have happened in the last 12 months suggest at least some want change in the DRC? It seems you would like holders/those with a positive outlook to acknowledge nothing is concrete in the DRC until any process is complete and even then can be turned on its head. It also seems you are not willing to acknowledge the possibility that the DRC will see the huge steps forward it can take as a country with the full Support of the west if they make change.

on a side note: I’m interested to understand what you take from the star at AFR, T.R. who could not wait to report on anything AVZ seemingly being benched for the latest report? Can those with white collars catch the blue flu?
