Lying implies intent to mislead investors. I am not at all saying this is happening, please do not try to put words in my mouth.
I know, and I have stated multiple times above that I know the company has stated their position multiple times.
I know this matter has been to court and it has been appealed and it has defeated, yet these actions from the government keep recurring.
The company said "currently" in their update to investors, which I think implies they had a feeling that there could be more challenges.
Most companies announce when there is some sort of legal action, despite the merit or validity of the action.
If this is a new case - and I am assuming it is because there is a different case number or whatever, why did we need to find out about it from the work of @Photosynthesis rather than an announcement from the company?
I am heavily invested here, maybe not a much or as long term as others, but I am confident of the research I have done and I believe I have an understanding of the opportunities and risks here.
Where new risks are raised, it is the duty of holders to ask the questions, irrespective of what the company has said previously.
