So BEZ is giving , at today's share price, $4million in shares with a promise of another 20million shares at 30% higher than ~ 22 cents.
Dosn't matter how close I am to the options....theya re being given away for .72% of Bau interest. I just don't get it.
I would like to see how the report will say (or not say) it is a fair and reasonable deal......diluting our holdings.
A better explanation is required for me.
