The power-lines shown in the photo only run adjacent to AZL's Big Sandy, Bradda's Wikieup South and Basin West claims. There are no powerlines near the Basin East or Basin North claims, which you refer to.
Also Ivan mentions "activity on the property*", which he would be referring to Chola Ranch which again is nowhere near any of the Basin deposits. Since Bradda is not doing any drilling at Wikieup South or Basin West it looks more likely that is AZL related activity.
