One thing I noticed in this report is the fact that they have been concentrating on the white collar market. It would be better imho if there was no discrimination between white collar and blue collar markets but created a product\service that was universally accessible to both markets.

Generally,

White collar customers pay more but are finite, short term clients.

Blue collar customers have less to spend but are fixed infinite, long term clients.

YOu want a balance of both types 50/50.

Balance is the key to progress. Unbalanced too much on either side or leg and you fall over...
