I actually agree with Joe to be honest.
The valuation of the combined entity doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I think significant value has been destroyed with this deal for Allkem holders. There is a lot of potential i agree, but execution just became orders of magnitude harder. Neither company has managed to execute on their current projects, how is making everything bigger going to make it less complicated? More masters, more chefs, more people to report to, I don't like it.
Ill be selling my shares today and rolling to alternative lithium companies. Likely ALB or PLS.
The valuation doesn't stack up on the combined entity, i can now pay less per lithia unit by buying Albemarle and there isn't the same execution risk.
Bankers and execs win in this deal, not shareholders.
