Only a matter of when, not if MIN lob their offer. Pushing off take negotiations with anyone other than MIN only increases the pressure on MIN to bed this down with a full takeover. Any mention by MIN that they want to work constructively with ESS in project development is a feign. Why would a behemoth like MIN want to keep a tiddler like ESS alive? Management need to have the idea embedded that MIN recently paying 58c on market should be the low water starting mark for future takeover terms which in resources should be anywhere from 25% upwards from there. Look at recent resource deals in the Li space.....it's far greater than 25%. It's worth a lot more to MIN, they'll pay it....if the Board can get that idea around their heads.

As fellow owners I implore you to take the simple and easy step of engaging with management- voice your opinion- write an email as to what is acceptable to you and what isn't. 50c never should have been & MIN paying 58c on market confirms it.
