True, however at page 4, Section 3.3 of this Cleansing Statement under Minimum Subscription it says that if minimum subscription is not achieved within four (4) months of the Date of Lodgement with ASIC "...no shares will be issued to anyone."

This timeframe does rather lead me to concur with KIWI who earlier tied it in with listing on HKG etc.
