re: Ann: Vale to Acquire Aquila Interest in B... ok just read the ann from this morning and read a few news articles, valuations on the asx statement from this year range from 100-450mill, now as a read it because of the AMCI deal Vale will want a transaction that is at 'arms length' as quoted by news article... we will not be receiving 300+ it will be closer to 150-200mill, Vale will spin the rspt on this deal and we know it, Id say TP has given some leg room to see when and if the rspt will be changed in coming months.. Vale have struck this deal now because of the head winds and will be the ones winning out of this not us.
