I definitely agree with what you say i.e. money before the issue of shares. And as you say it's already happening with share placement agreement plans with EECP.

What I am trying to say is that none of this can happen prior to shareholder approval currently scheduled for "7D.1a Date of meeting or proposed meeting to approve the issue under listing rule 7.1 - 30/6/2023"

This is my best scenario for this placement.

The last two shareholder approvals took one month from general meeting announcement to the time of meeting and public announcement,

1. NRZ gives notice of a general meeting on Monday 15 May 2023

2. Meeting takes place on 15 June 2023.

3. Shareholder approval and public announcement.15 June 2023.

4. Funds released immediately. 15 June 2023.

5. Shares issued on 30 June 2023 as stated in ann.
