Thanks for asking. I reckon shareholder approval isn't needed to accept money and it's most likely already in and being put to use. Shareholder approval is only being sought to delay the issuing of shares. That's just my opinion. A shareholder should ask this question at or before the meeting. I mean about whether the money has already been received. Not for me to ask.
