I have basically written the value of these shares to $0 currently. AVZ need to cut a new deal with all the warring parties rather than trying to sue everyone, in these places it does not matter if you are legally right. What matters now is to get the project going even 30-40% plus some cash to go towards our share of building costs. This head strong approach has not worked and will not work. Maybe fire the board of directors, reset the clock and get everyone together and flesh out a new agreement. If we do this we will get a ML and a good chance of a capital raise or some lending or some pre payments, or would you like 100% of nothing? I personally will vote against re-electing any board member or renumeration report until they take their head out of the sand. Rant over.
