the property is being advertised as no reserve auction and in Victoria the rules state it MUST sell during that auction. If not the agent will be sued. Its completely legal to auction a proeprty without a reserve In Vic. Its as simply as that. There is no going back into the house and talking to the vendors.IT MUST SELL DURING THE AUCTION,not 2 hours later etc etc.
