My post was directed to the comments about not giving a reserve price prior to auction sale.
Not an unreserved auction, two different scenerios
I have not been lucky enough to find any house auctions without a reserve, of course the owner can still run it up with vender bids, dummy bids
Yeah I know they are illegal but not everyone has been told
