vote no to director options..., page-9

Good day Rogus Trade:

The previous directors had a great asset and thats true but they did not know how to put the deal together and get it over the line.

The cash valuation is 60c a share so add another 20c to the current 40c SP.

The options scenerio may be on the high side but if the directors can make us all wealthy then I'm happy for them to be financially rewarded. Directors with a majority holding in a company do have the advantage of issuing additional options without to much resistance but thats done in most listed companies.
