The only vision I see from CQT is the vision of massive dilution.

I don't like at all the suggestive tone in your post

CQT has nothing but an undeveloped project and some cash. They need massive money to bring the project into production.

The current gains in POG in AUD will have a very positive effect on NQM's profitability, share price will follow.

So at the end: If nqm is such a dog why the brilliant cqt is so interested in taken it over? because they need some real meat to be delivered in forward contracts to finace the mine? Looks not as a good value prop for nqm shareholders.
