For those who want to know the meaning of qualification for Weebit's ReRAM, there is probably no better reference than Weebit's announcement to the ASX on this topic on 27 October 2022.
The announcement defines the qualification requirement in some detail and makes mention of Weebit working to extend the qualification to higher temperature levels, which is needed, for example, to support Automotive applications.
For clarity, the announcement addresses the chip produced by Leti and there have been no further announcements concerning the SkyWater produced chip or progress following the tape-out to Global Foundries.
