Not a done deal. Requires share holder approval and two large holders back SLR's offer. If directors do not allow competing bids for the assets large holders can take derivative action against those directors on behalf of the company imho. Now it is all in the open seems untenable that directors will not at least allow another buyer access for due diligence. Shareholders (other than that two already on board with SLR) might well prefer the SLR offer. In the end it is down to them, not the directors.
