Oh yes Brenden we shareholders accept all listed companies are saintly with disclosure provisions and never mislead markets and the poor old shareholder. Yes the listed companies are are bastions of integrity.

Obviously Im being facetious as the markets are littered with the foul behaviour of some companies that leave shareholders retching in disgust. Markets around the world all have their major listed company frauds that have in many cases destroyed people. look at the judgements against some of those companies and the reasons for those judgements. They are certainly no saints.
