Why would the DRC MoM come in September this year to Perth for the Africa Down Under seminar and be a DRC Government Presenter?

Is she coming to Perth to drum up business by saying: DRC is open for business, come and we show you how we screwed AVZ properly, if you want to get the same treatment stand in line please?

Or will she say: Come to the DRC where the Law does matter, look at the AVZ case?

Or is she coming over Australia to get a Koala bear treatment?

I would think she would be wasting her time coming to Perth, trying to get people and/or mining companies to invest in the DRC, if the DRC would do a job on AVZ.
I would say shareholders would stop a BoD doing business in the DRC, if after all the work AVZ did, AVZ gets removed from the lease and denied a ML.
