Ann: DNK Board reaffirms intention to distribute 90% proceeds, page-5

Well thats the first shot in this battle. Expect an EGM to roll the board soon. They have 5% so can call a meeting outright. Will they get 50% though is the question. I'm in the boat they will... From memory the share register is filled with special situations funds. This board has a fight on its hand and was too slow to act. Normally with alot of these sales, the moment a deal completes they have the advice to do the distribution. This board has been working real slow and i guess the funds are starting to get impatient.
