Sales already in the 21 mil range so we are already ahead. That said, it is also now almost June.
Taking them an awful long time to convert the pipeline. The price is holding because so many bought in at SPP, but it won’t stay that way while other opportunities soar and cash gains remain stagnant here with DRO.
Regular sales will take this to the moon. Cash is strong, super strong in fact. Leadership team seems to be the right mix, so the poor conversion boils down to ineffective marketing and sales channels, like those shitty expo days that never seem to eventuate to anything (seems like a waste of money).
