    I absolutely get that. Very human. We are all fallible. All frail. All often wrong. All misdirected. we all do defensiveness even if we don’t recognise it

    but we don’t do these things continuously or consciously if we want a sense of ease and peace in our lives. we can observe the impact that some of these behaviours have on ourselves and others and we feel regret even if we find it hard to break patterns

    I did use the word spill - can’t recall whether it was autocorrect or intentional but it is probably more apt than spit as it seems the venom is endless. And you as much or more than most would know that a continual state like that is unhealthy and has an impact on any sense of tranquility.

    it is that tendency to fall into a pattern of abuse and name calling and quite possibly a mild form of paranoia that is sad. I reckon I can guess the cause and the patterns but not for public consumption
