That is my understanding too. But as the Eastern Hub was supposed to be in production first (2025) versus the Western Hub (2027), then I personally would like clarification about how much of an impact this will have to timeframes.

The risk of course is that other First Nation groups decide to band together for further action as a whole against the Ontario Ministry. Touch wood NOT!

"my personal reading of the Whitesand First Nation issue is that GT1 is consulting with them and the engagement with them is strong. GT1 could have continued drilling given they were meeting consultation criteria that provided an exemption to no drilling. During the discussions Whitesand said something along the lines of "If you could stop for a few months that would assist our case." GT1 thought, given the ground conditions during May/June that shouldn't be a problem and confirmed an end of drilling for this campaign. "

I know they were busy this week with expos, so hopefully next week I'll hear from them (if they don't release an ann).
