Agree, but the Buffets of this world know when its time to buy and have the funds available to buy... and yes "us retail" are not only easy to read but also easy to predict and manipulate. I'm sure that Warren Buffet gets all the inside info too on the companies he buys into... what company wouldn't want the likes of him on their registry?
