Isn't it 75% including them? This point is critical for anyone buying or selling today and going forward. If it's excluding then I reckon share price would/should have closed far higher today.
I may have wrong clause and will be clarified in NOM in amy case, but this is corps act clause I read against:

(B) if the body has a share capital--passed by 75% of the votes cast on the resolution; and(b) it is approved by order of the Court.

I do think Wentronic also are in good position as company may need to do a cap raise in any case way things are running and that would allow then to lift their ownership stake closer to 75% if takeover gets voted down, which may explain why share price went below 2.7c. That being said not large volume, so probably best not to read to closely into today's share price movements.
