Good contributions, again, butch, and thanks for correcting me about how the Orocobre Galaxy negotiations kicked off. I now remember you've posted before about that conversation you had with one of the insiders.

Also great to see that absolute bloodhound, niu, back on the scent - for newbies, niu has been the stand-out analyst on hc of Orocobre / Allkem for many years - and I also welcome that dyeman is active as well.

In broad terms, for me, strategically, yes to Livent but absolutely no to Pall Graves and the 54:46 share split, particularly with a 50:50 board split, is a crock. By the sounds of it Peter Coleman is well lubed up for some Goldman Sachs' luvin' so maybe we might need some help from the local analyst community and an actually independent Independent Expert. Hopefully a couple of the local institutions also have a quiet word in Coleman's ear as I am not sure they would be overly pleased with what appears to be a sell-out by him. Remember, Allkem shareholders have to approve this deal.

What would really help our cause in the next several months would be first production at Olaroz 2, provincial permitting at James Bay, resource increase at James Bay, declared first production at Naraha and resource increase at Mt Cattlin. I think just at the moment Allkem is vulnerable - going back to my analogy of not having enough trophies in the trophy cabinet - but that should change in the next month or so (as long as Coleman and Graves do not force the Allkem team to run dead).
