As usual you are completely blinkered and miss the point of my post. There cannot be any effective consideration given to the section 249D meeting without the shareholders knowing what has been happening in The Philippines. They should therefore schedule the ,meeting to be after the release of the OA findings. To avoid doing so indicates that are trying to hide things so that they can manipulate to their own advantage.
I am genuinely prepared to listen to what the company has to say in an unbiased manner but the SHs have been denied disclosure for far too long.
