Delayed response on my part and i also hold CXO and PLS.
Thing is though. PLS doesn't need more spodumene we have 20+ years of it at 1,000,000mTpa production. Spending $2B on CXO (or more) doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
They should be putting their money downstream and/or diversifying into other battery metals.
