Actually nothing has changed with respect to confidence. We just have more highly repetitive dooms day opinions being posted over and over again. Also just because others are bullish about property doesn't mean we believe property just goes up - it just means that we know the market is not all the same, and we don't believe unrealistic whole market drops of 40%+.
