what is the main focus of one of the options that are in the money, and what about the other one?

for current MTM share structure, it has around 96.38m shares, 52.83m options, 1.2m PR and 10.5m unlisted options.
by Feb/March 2023 they will issue $300k worth of MTM shares, and around 10m of unlisted options will expired similar time as listed options
and for the cash position now we are likely to see at least two CR, so we can roughly work out what would the future SOI by end of 2024,
assuming the new shares issued and future CR all at 20c, and both CR for $5m so that's 51.5m additional shares to be added.
then 96.38+52.83+10+1.2+51.5=211.91m, roughly by end of 2024 we may see total SOI of 211.91m MTM shares, with cash around $19-20m
the final total SOI might be lower depends on the future CR price.

now, considering the upcoming drilling program and potential growth in M/C, for share price of 25c at the above total SOI the M/C would be just over $50m
and if we use MEI current M/C as a guide (around $300m), then at 211.91m MTM shares the s/p would be $1.41, or to be more conservative, say it can only achieve half of that M/C ($150m) then MTM s/p would still be $0.71.

of course the above are based on the assumptions that the upcoming drilling program will add value to MTM's market cap, and we all know that explorations are high risk/high reward game, but since we are drilling a known/proven carbonatite-REE mineralisation, it's basically a low-mid risk/high reward game.
