Marketing has never been one of the company's strong points. They desperately need to lose the current persons/company responsible for their PR/marketing and website publishing.
IMO they present an unprofessional image of company both visually and in overall quality of content in most Anns and presentations. Looks very old and tired and needs a more modern face lift.
Just my opinion and don't mean to deride the company who I have no doubt will have a great future.
