Thought I'd copy it to over here for a sorta housekeeping thing.

The gist of it is that ASX:GMN (Gold Mountain) have done a jv with Sholom & Co's Mars Mines tenements in Brazil.
GMN 75%, Mars 25% for lithium exploration there.

Quick recap...Mars Mines also share the same address as CGB

Also, they've (Mars) recently invested $500k (not sure if that's AUD or USD) in a gold exploration company (Buscar/EON Discovery) over in California where Sholom presently resides 50% of the time.

Like I say, just a bit of housekeeping.
