I couldn't imagine a company as big as LG energy solutions wasting their time on Auz for no reason.

Red to stop the bickering I propose Auz, Arl and Srl join forces with FMG.

FMG can put it under a new battery materials subsidiary and run the show.

Auz, Arl and Srl which I have held all three in the past have all had long enough with their boards and managing directors to get funding.
