The Advocate that was to come after Jesus = The Father (a being) who IS the Holy Spirit.
While Jesus was here, he was an advocate (a person), hence he said I will send or ask for another.

Drrrrrrrrrrrrr, The verses were to simply show you, what was in Jesus and what would be coming back = what was in Jesus is what would come back = the Father.
We also have Jesus as well now = 2 and NOT 3 making their abode in one.
