The Australian is reporting only US$150m possible takeover price for US arm. This has got to be the absolute low end of what the market was pricing in. I'd say very disappointing outcome if so. Stock still has upside, but that is well and truly capped at $3 max with news like this. I would have expected clloser to double this price from a big player, inclusive of taking on the NBC obligation, making it a bit over US$500m in total. I hope they have underquoted in this article... Either way, there will be some short covering tomorrow!
