Dougal was specifically asked about the 5.4% spodumene concentrate and the contract price with Piedmont and the referenced $900 a tonne for 6% Spod and how that discounted concentrate grade would affect contract pricing.

Dougal said with regard to the terms that NAL will produce and sell 5.4% grade Spod and the existing offtake agreement with Piedmont and any future additional offtake agreements that we're in will be based on the SC6 standard and there will be a quality adjustment for any grade lower than that, to me that means they Piedmont will get a reduction on the 900 per tonne, but the end result will be much better for Sayona as they will end up with heaps more tonnage at the 5.4% grade that's how I heard it.
