The right plan for the future of a company is vital. I’m sorry but this board of people are not the right people to develop the right plan. I understand it’s hard for some to agree because most are deeply in the red, but to have the right plan and deliver the plan in a timely manner successfully can only be done by a board of people with a history and experience of great management. One’s who believe that they can get the tech across the line. One’s who believe that this company will be successful and purchase a meaningful amount on market shares themselves to match their belief and their own skills to deliver. This current board can’t even manage proper communication with shareholders. They failed step one. I believe it’s best for all investors to start again. Ditch this board. Do you really think you’ll hit the jackpot in years to come with these people still running the show. Really!
