what has been done before hasn't achieved the necessary goals, therefore what the nation has been doing has failed.

its not as simple as adding up efforts, but counting the cost of failures, learning from those failures and changing the paradigm to enable true communication from first Aussies to learn what they think will help - hey it has at least the same chance of success as past efforts and might even result in strongly positive results.

so maybe we should just stop wasting money by getting politicians and bureaucrats who don't know the conditions on the ground, don't know the lived experience, and allow those who do have lived experience to represent a different, maybe better, way.

the politicians are advised by those on the ground already, there are dozens of groups advising them already who are run by aboriginals
