Ann: 5EA Updates Technical Report Summary - Releases 3rd Q Result, page-49

I cannot believe that an announcement that was meant to provide clarity to the market, has seen us lose 25% of the Companies value in 3 days. Whether we think it had good information in it or not, it clearly has missed the expectation of the market. Ambiguity around how it will be funded, longer time frames before meaningful earnings, continued delay from the EPA, all points to a Company who hasn't communicated it's story well enough.
A lack of consistency in our strategy, our key leadership, our messaging and most importantly our execution has seen this Company drop from $3.75 on June the 6th 2022, to 57 cents as I write this (and in free-fall).
It is hard to have any confidence in any of the people who have presided over this balls up, being the ones we are relying on to execute a four year plan to meaningful earnings.
One wonders if they held back the economics until after the vote of the board remuneration. They certainly wouldn't have got my vote if it were held today.
