Assuming 300 mill shares on issue and a $220 mill sale, that is about 74 cps.

They will be making up the return to $1.10, so will be adding in another 36 cps from their cash.

So paying approximately $111 mill from the $220 odd mill they had at the end of March.

$21 mill spending capped after the June vote plus loss this quarter of about $35 mill.

111+21+35 means approximately $190 leaving about $30 mill in the remaining business once the dust settles.

Thats a cash backing of about 30cps, so a cash backed MC of about $90 mill.

A Breakeven business left with some growth in Canada, so maybe a market cap of $140 mill?

So, about 50 cps for the post sale business.

Add on the $1.10 payout, probably values the current company at $1.60 per share, so the market probably has this valued about right given cash burn could be higher, plus exchange rate risk, etc.

Very rudimentary figures done in a very quick time, so I will spend time tonight getting them more precise.

Anyone else have a post sale value?
