It's a good result but I think a rerate isn't going to happen until management declare a dividend policy and start paying out. Last year I recall them flagging a dividend and since then they have done 2 cap raises from memory. While both were justified in my opinion I can understand why investors are staying on the sideline until management can effectively show market the money.
