agree with you, but i think people think that the rate hikes are over, generally speaking most people believe that, esp becuase of the rate pause in april, once reality sets in and we have another 1 or 2 hikes people will realise where we are.
also theres only so long people can stretch before the rubber band snaps... i think we wre getting close for this - you can see superanuation withdrawals due to financial hardship just rose to record levels.
