went to sydney's north shore for 3 auctions on saturday.. wow. eye opener.
1 cancelled - no registered bidder 2 - had one bid & both below the floor price. so both guys get to 'negotiate' with the owner.
but there were many people there in all 3 auctions. i expected "fiery" bidding but i was floored by the spectacle. all 3 auctions ended promptly. it was like "move along now,,,nothing to see" as the crowd fanned out after it ended.
