I'm starting to wonder why any Australian company would want to try to run an operation in Africa or other places with huge sovereign risk or other similar risks? So many companies have been burnt over the last 10-15 years. I saw that there is another small ASX company doing oil exploration currently in Cuba of all places. Surely we have enough deposits of all sorts of things in the ground right here in Australia for companies to either take on a resource and mine it or go exploring?
