Can't make the comparison. there are 30 other stocks with REO in clay. If MTM performs a leach using ammonium sulphate or sodium chloride (pH4) then you have an ionic clay deposit.
if you don't, then you have what 30 others players have. Rare earths in a clay proven under mostly colloidal bonds meaning only extremely acidic conditions which leach them out. aka not economical.
There are many projects with rare earths in clay, having them in ionic form is what makes them economically viable. that's why MEI, IXR and AR3 have the market caps they do - not because the market has missed something.
Leach test costs $500 and takes ~30mins. I'd be prioritising the test. if positive then you have a 50-100m+ project
