    Could be a couple whales toying with the SP and others following suit. Any market cap under $2 billion is easily manipulated. If you’ve been paying attention to the after hours trades, you can watch this manipulation live. It is a good time to toy with the price a month before approvals. As far as I can tell, the stock is a buy. We haven’t even reached the 200 WMA yet. Still inexpensive.
