I see you have used up all the negative angles based on fundamental analysis to sow some seeds of doubt to those reading your comments. Now you are implying that litigations is a possibility.

We all know that litigations will cause a drop in the share price. No need to state the obvious unless the message has different implications.

Looks at how KRUDD used the $100Mil which he plucked from a one line comment in the media to establish as FACT the MCA advert fund has. You cannot believe every word what is printed in the media and that includes Australia.

Yes this sounds like desperation from some quarters to try to get the EXT prize on the cheap. That is not going to happen when you have RIO on board and who happens to mine the largest deposit at present in Namibia. I doubt the Namibian Govt is that silly to shoot their feet and hand the prize to the Russians. Far more practical and realistic to keep up competition so that there is a race to mine status. I interpret the article as the journalist trying to imply it is a Namibian attempt to hurry up the process to mine status for EXT. I can understand that from their perspective. Delay cost potential jobs.
