Have started accumulating MTS into the portfolio as it now starts to approach 52-week lows for no real reason. Defensive stock that should be able to keep scaling revenue with ridiculous population/immigration growth being pumped in by the government.
AFR also covered scenarios of Woolies attempting to buy up various IGA stores around the country over the past year & IGA turned them down, so a testament to the value of their assets.
Happy to just collect some mild dividends & hope for some modest growth as people reduce their discretionary spend but remain unable to do so when it comes to groceries/staples etc.
