Id imagine its to do with the looming recession, as you said. If we do head full speed into a recession then gold in the ground would probably be as valuable as gold on mars. If unemployment goes up and people cant find housing projects slow and so people may not be as interested until it gets closer to production? Ive got two others in similar situations, I hope we are only going to need that one hook for someone to get excited and away me go.
